View the status of a document sent for signing

Inside DoxFlowy, you can keep track of exactly who has signed your document and who hasn't. This will allow you to decide whether or not you should follow up with them or not and also see the impact electronic signatures have on signing speed.

The status of your document can be viewed in two ways.

Method 1:

1. Navigate to the 'Sign' screen from the left-hand menu.

On the page that loads, you'll be able to see the general status of all the documents you've sent for signing.

- Completed (it will show the date it was completed)

- In progress

- Draft

- Cancelled.

It's straightforward and allows you to know what's going on at a glance.

You can also drill deeper to find out more information.

Method 2:

This method will allow you to see exactly who signed (or didn't sign) so you can take action accordingly.

From the 'My Documents' screen, click on the name of the document you'd like to see more information about.

On the screen that opens, you'll be able to see information such as:

- The current audit trail

- Who signed

- Who didn't sign.

You'll also be able to resend the signing request to your signatories individually or to everyone at once.

There's additional information on the page that, while not related to the status, can still be useful. Take the time to familiarize yourself with this page because it's mission control after you've sent a document for signing.
