How to create a custom post-signing message

Created by DoxFlowy Team, Modified on Tue, 20 Feb 2024 at 09:06 AM by DoxFlowy Team

In this guide, we'll show you one of the many ways to have more control over what your contacts see after they've signed a document

The custom post-signing message is a modal that shows up once someone has finished signing the agreement. There are many uses for it such as thanking them, letting them know the next steps, or even sharing a few links for them to interact with.

The choice is yours.

Follow the steps outlined below to set up a custom message.

Step 1: Log into your DoxFlowy account

Step 2: Initiate a sign request as you normally would

Step 3: Navigate to the 'review and send' option which is the last step of the signing process.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the heading 'post signing message'

Step 5: Type out the message you'd like your signatories to see after they've signed the document.

Step 6: Send the document out to be signed. Your signatories will see the custom message when they've finished signing.

Note: If you don't set up a post-signing message then your signatories will see a default completion message

Note 2: If you set up a redirect link, your signatories will be redirected as soon as they finish signing without seeing your post-signing message.
