How to upgrade or downgrade your DoxFlowy subscription

This guide walks you through how to manage your subscription plan in DoxFlowy

Whether you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan in DoxFlowy, the process is similar. 

Step 1:

Navigate to your avatar in the top right corner of the screen and click the down arrow. Click the option labeled billing within the dropdown list that appears. 

Step 2:

On the page that loads, click the option labeled 'modify plan.' The link will open in a new tab. 

Step 3: 

On the next page, you'll see a quick overview of your current billing plan. Click on the white box that shows your subscription information. 

Step 4:

On the next screen, you'll see more detailed information about your subscription plan, your shipping address, and your payment method. Below that information, click edit subscription. 

Step 5:

On the next screen, you'll see an itemized list of everything you're paying for in your billing plan. Here, you can add or remove seats from your current billing plan.  To upgrade or downgrade your main subscription, click the option labeled 'change'. 

Step 6: 

On this screen, you have the option of changing your plan from monthly to yearly or yearly to monthly. You can also choose a different billing plan by clicking on the dropdown menu. 

Once you're satisfied with your changes, click the 'update' button.
