An overview of how to add more user seats to your plan.
DoxFlowy subscription plans come with a fixed number of user seats by default. When you've used up all those seats, you won't be able to add additional team members to your pricing plan. You'll have to add additional seats first.
To add seats, navigate to the billing screen by clicking the down arrow next to the avatar in the top right corner of the screen. Then click on the billing option.
On the billing screen, scroll down to the section labeled additional users.
Click on the option labeled 'add more seats'
Once you click it, a modal will appear. The modal contains information about how much you'll be charged every billing period for the additional seat and it'll allow you to choose how many seats you'd like to add.
When you're done selecting how many seats you'd like to add, click confirm purchase. You'll be charged a prorated amount immediately. During your next billing cycle, you'll be charged the full amount for the additional seat(s).
