Within the questionnaires, there's something known as the instruction page. This is a unique page that doesn't show up in the normal course of filling out the questionnaire.
It will only appear when certain conditions are met. These conditions are, of course, set by you through the conditional logic interface.
The instruction page is a flexible page that you can use to give instructions to respondents.
For example, if you can only serve people in the Atlanta area and someone from Albany were to fill out the form. You can set a conditional action that if the person's location is not Atlanta then show them the instructions page.
If they arrive at the instructions page, you can let them know that the service is only for people in the Atlanta area. You can recommend other services or ask them to search elsewhere.
This is just a single example of a use case for instruction pages.
How to set up instruction pages
Navigate to the form settings. In the right menu, you'll see the option for instruction pages. Click on it and you'll be taken to a new page.
On the instruction page, you can create a message the people who reach the instruction page will see.
At the top of the instruction content area, there's an add instruction button you can click. When you insert a button, it will appear beneath the message that you've added. You can customize the button text and the action that's performed by clicking the button.
You can immediately end the questionnaire, send the user to a URL of your choosing, or send them to another page in the form.
