A quick guide explaining how to put the questionnaire required for document generation on your website

There are many ways to share form with the appropriate people within DoxFlowy. If you've created a document automation workflow with a single recipient then you'll be able to embed it on your website.

There are two ways to grab the embed code.

Method 1:

As soon as you publish your document automation workflow, you'll see the option to share the form with a link or with an embed code.

You can easily copy the emebed code from the place indicated in the image below:

This embed code will only appear once so it's not suitable for document automation workflows you've published previously. to get the emebd code for document automation workflows you've published in the past, we'll use a different method.

Method 2:

First, click on the Document menu option and then locate the document automation workflow that you'd like to share. When you find it, click on it.

On the page that loads, click the share workflow button.

After clicking the button, you'll see the direct link to share the questionnaire. Below it, you'll see the embed code. You can manually copy the emebed code or, when hovering over it, click on the button labeled 'copy code'.

After copying the code, you're free to embed it into your website of choice. One it's embedded, whenever someone loads the page the questionnaire will also load automatically.
