If someone missed the first email you sent to them for whatever reason, there's a simple way to send it to them again.
Navigate to the document automation workflow associated with the questionnaire that was sent. You can see all your document automation workflows by clicking the 'Documents' menu option.
Once you've opened the relevant document automation workflow, click the Recipient history tab.
Once the screen has loaded, locate the group containing the recipient and expand it. You'll see a purple 'resend notification' button to the right of the recipient's email address.
Click the button and you'll get confirmation that another email has been sent to the recipient.
