How to customize your form

This guide will give you a deeper understanding of the many customization settings for your questionnaires in the document automation workflows.

After you've created your documents and tweaked the settings, it's time to work on the questionnaire that will be used to collect data from your customers, clients, vendors, etc.

Navigate to the third step in the document automation setup process called 'edit forms.' You can access it at the top of the screen.

Once you get to the proper screen, click on the option form settings.

There you'll see multiple options for customization such as adding your logo, the form color, the button color, and more.

You'll also see options for adding a custom welcome screen and success screen.

The welcome screen allows you to add a heading and a subheading that your respondents will see.  You can also customize the text for the button that they can click to start the questionnaire.

The success screen allows you to add a headline, subheadline, and button.

If you turn on the button and add a URL, it will overwrite the ability to see the completed document from the form settings. Instead, your respondents will be redirected to the URL you added when they click the button.

Keep in mind that this process needs to be repeated for each role. For example, if you have three roles in your document automation workflow, this process needs to be repeated for each of the roles.
