A quick guide showing you how to make the most of pages and sections to make your questionnaire easier for your end-user to interact with

You can add as many pages and sections to your questionnaires as you'd like. This can make it easier for respondents to understand what they're filling out, reduce survey fatigue, and create an overall better experience.

Managing pages

To add pages, navigate to the form settings section of the document automation workflow. Under the tab labeled questions, you'll see the option to add pages.

Click on the insert button to add as many pages as you want. Once you've added at least one page to your questionnaire, you can move through pages by clicking the dropdown in the top left of the form.

You can also move questions from one page to another by clicking on the ellipsis menu to the right of any question. On the dropdown that opens, click the option to move to another page.

If you decide to delete a page, you'll have the option to move all the questions on the page to a different page or delete the questions on that page as well.

Managing sections

Sections are used within pages and serve to break up your questionnaire and provide structure.

Add sections to your form by navigating to the form settings - the third step in the document automation process.

Locate the sections option in the right-handbar and click 'insert'. Sections are inserted at the bottom of the form of your current page.

You can then order where sections are within the page by dragging and dropping them. You can also move questions around in the same manner.

Keep in mind that questions are not locked into sections and can removed around freely. Sections can be named by clicking into the default name of the section. You can also delete sections by clicking the trashcan icon in the right hand side.  and deleted by clicking on the vertical ellipsis to the right of the section.
